Our Mission
Our Vision
To bring together family members, teachers, and other service providers to develop an aligned vision focused on client success while bringing to light the inequity that impacts students with special needs. By understanding the inequity, we can build strong ABA programming that supports student progress while honoring their specific needs and cultural backgrounds. We want to blaze the trail for much-needed conversations in the ABA community in order to equip ourselves and our families with the tools necessary to address inequity head-on as it relates to ABA.
The VISIONARIES
The Aligned Vision Behavior team is led by a more ten years of special needs experience. Having come from the education arena and realizing the strategies have yet to be applied to ABA, it became our passion to lead the way. Our specialties are early intervention, dual language learners, and multiple diagnoses.
